I'm getting a ton of new pull request notifications. Which list are they
going to do that I can set my filters appropriately.

Can you double check that they're going there and not dev@

I think you are getting emails from GitHub as you are watching the repo.

If you don't want to receive these emails, you should unwatch the repo.
When we switched to GitBox, you might have been automatically added as a
watcher.
